Counsel from Jesus after being harassed during the night

Dearest One,

I see your struggles when Satan is permitted to have influence upon your mind at night. This is not because you have done anything deliberately or knowingly wrong, but because there are yet areas in your life that give him access to your mind, and need to be cleansed before I can protect you completely from these experiences. I assure you that this will come to an end soon, so be patient and do the homework that is necessary in order to be completely free. Be assured that I love you and am not displeased with your service and devotion to me, for you are doing your utmost to walk humbly and prayerfully with me and fulfill your daily duties acceptably. I will release you soon, for you are not doing anything knowingly or purposefully wrong. These episodes are simply times when, because of certain weaknesses of the flesh, you are under the harassment of the evil one when your conscious mind is at rest, and your subconscious is in the ascendancy.

You see, your subconscious as well as your conscious mind must be cleansed, for the subconscious mind influences you, even when you are awake, but at night it has control over the areas where there are still wrong thoughts and feelings which in the daytime are kept subject to the Holy Spirit working through your conscious mind. Thus, you do not realize that there are yet uncleansed roots and motives that need to be revealed, and cleansed during your worship time with me in the morning. Rejoice and be exceeding glad, because this means that your cleansing has progressed to the inner level of the subconscious roots, and thus, as you cooperate with me, you will complete the cleansing process and be set free of any further harassment, and be sealed by the Holy Spirit. Above all, do not become discouraged and think that I am displeased with you. Stay in the sanctuary and refute the lies of the enemy through praise, Scripture, and communing with me through the Holy Spirit. I am the Refiner of the gold needed for your character, and the Holy Spirit will be the second witness when my work is completed. So do not fear, my precious ones, for you are the apple of my eye, and I would rather allow heaven and earth to pass away than forsake you when you are clinging to me for support and love while the cleansing of your character is going forward. Always remember: the cleansing is to burn away the dross in your character—your thoughts and feelings—until you are fully responsive and in perfect agreement with my thoughts and feelings about everything. Then, you will be a finished product of my sacrifice for you, and safe to be in my kingdom where everything is perfect love, joy and peace. This I bequeath to you, my bride, when you are finished with the burnishing, polishing process which is now going on in the hearts and minds of my people.

Endure a little longer, my beloved ones, and you will soon come into green pastures where the devil cannot reach you and attack your emotions and thoughts. Learn to rely wholly upon me, no matter what you might experience, night or day. Then you will be where Satan cannot enter the sphere of your mind or emotions, conscious or subconscious, for this is the place of my throne in your life, where only I should be. This process is the wedding of my mind, thoughts and feelings with yours, and when this is accomplished you will be ready for the marriage supper of the Lamb. May you endure the full cleansing of your characters and be fitted to wear the sparkling white robe of my righteousness. Lovingly, Jesus.
