Preparation for Desperate Times Ahead

"You only have I chosen of all the families of the earth....Do two walk together unless they have agreed to do so? Does a lion roar in the thicket when he has no prey?... When a trumpet sounds in a city do not the people tremble? When disaster comes to a city, has not the Lord caused it? Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without revealing His plan to His servants the prophets. The lion has roared – who will not fear? The Sovereign Lord has spoken -- who can but prophesy?" Amos 3:2-8.

"The Lord gives a special truth for the people in an emergency. Who dare refuse to publish it? He commands His servants to present the last invitation of mercy to the world. They cannot remain silent, except at the peril of their souls. Christ's ambassadors have nothing to do with consequences. They must perform their duty and leave the results with God." GC 609.

Please read Amos 7:1-9. The Lord impressed me to read this for the importance of seeing that in desperate times such as we are living in now, our intercessions for God to stay His hand until the work is done is important and effective, and He will listen to the prayers of His people.

He then gave me this message to send to each of you:

Pray that I will not allow the winds to go until the work is finished, for I am preparing to let them go. Prophet and priest alike are complacent and preach smooth things that mean nothing that will get my people ready for my coming. If there were no straight message being preached, the way would never be prepared for my coming. Get yourself ready to preach my straight message to the world. I will help you in ways that you do not see now.  Go forward by faith and I will open the way. You may not see the results of your labors, but that is not your responsibility, but mine, for I see it all and I see that no one is preaching a message that will prepare people for my coming and I am grieved. Only the cleansing message that I have given to you will arouse people from their complacency and lethargy and give them a way to prepare. 

Pray that I will hold the winds back so that every soul will see the light who wants to be ready for my coming. Most people in the world have not the slightest interest in your message. But there are true souls who are longing for release from their sins and will welcome the way of escape from sin and repeated sinning. I love these souls, for I have given my life for them and I want them in my kingdom forever with me. So do not be discouraged; do not be depressed, for I am coming soon, and my reward is with me to give everyone according as his work shall be. And I will always be with you and to guide and cheer you by my Holy Spirit, and my Holy Spirit will be with you to help you accomplish my goals for you each day. Look to me always for directions and wisdom and strength, and I will not fail you, and you will not fail to please me. If you make mistakes, do not be afraid that I have left you, for I will never leave you nor forsake you – you are my bride and the right hand of my righteous purposes in the earth until I come. Many are the souls you will reap into my kingdom of glory, there to shine brightly forever. 

Up, my lovely ones, and go out into the harvest fields of labor. Put on the whole armor and fear not the darts of the enemy, for he hates and fears you for the cleansing message of truth that you have from me. No matter for his snarls and rage. He is a beaten foe on the cross of Calvary, and so shall he be until he is destroyed in the fires of hell. Keep looking constantly to me, and nothing shall harm you. I will guide your every step until you are safe in my kingdom. You have nothing to fear except fear itself. Fear paralyzes your efforts to go forward, and go forward we must, for time is running out and there is yet much work to be accomplished. Keep looking to me and the work will be done by the close of probation, I assure you, for I will not throw the censor down until every last soul is warned of the coming doom. 

Now go to the remainder of your day, and keep me close to your heart, and you will not fail to please and honor me. Lovingly, Jesus.
